Compensation:
- $16.16 - $17.36 per hour depending on experience
- If bilingual (English/Spanish): $17.36 - $18.98 per hour depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
Education Level:
- High School Diploma or GED
Certification/Licensure:
- Valid Nebraska Drivers License
- First Aid/CPR certificate desired but not required
- Forklift certification or ability to become forklift certified
Experience Desired:
- Some experience in shipping and receiving
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of the proper methods and procedures in maintaining a supply room
- Knowledge of the safety principles and practices associated with the operation of a supply room
- Skill in the safe operation of a delivery van
- Skill in the operation of a forklift
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to maintain complete and accurate records
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers, associates, and faculty
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The essential functions of each employee’s position includes (1) regular, dependable in-person attendance on the job; (2) the ability to perform the identified assigned tasks and to possess and utilize the identified knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the identified work activities; and (3) the ability to perform the physical requirements of their specific job description. This position works closely with the Facilities Administrative Assistant.
Basic:
Work involves inventory and supply work in the operation of a supply room, transporting supplies and meals to individual schools. Work also involves providing support transporting meals, supplies and materials, and maintaining records. Employees of this classification perform assigned duties with considerable independence.
Frequent:
- Maintain stock of supplies and materials, establish stock levels of items, check current supply levels, and order stock as needed.
- Receive orders for materials and supplies, fill orders, and transport goods to schools.
- Receive, unpack, count, and stock materials and supplies received.
- Perform periodic and annual inventories of stock and supplies.
- Deliver prepared meals from school kitchen to satellite facilities.
- Maintain complete records on supplies and equipment; prepare reports from records kept.
- Operate a forklift to move and store materials.
- Perform custodial and minor maintenance duties as required to maintain a clean and efficient supply room.
- Perform related work as required.
